Book Your Session
To reserve your date, a session fee is paid at booking. This fee covers planning, photography time, and preparation of your gallery.
Portraits:
Typically 30–60 minutes, depending on group size and session style
Intimate Gathering Coverage:
Customized based on your timeline, coverage needs, and overall scope. Coverage options; 1.5 hours- 3 hours
STEP 02
View Your Gallery
About 7-12 days after your session, you'll receive a private online gallery to enjoy at your own pace. Your gallery is easy to share with family members, guests, or event attendees, making it simple for everyone to view the memories together.
Each image is carefully hand edited for color, light, and consistency, with thoughtful cropping and the removal of small distractions to create a polished, timeless collection.

Choose your Photos
After reviewing your gallery, you’ll select how you’d like to purchase your images;
Individual Images
Only need a few favorites? Select individual images directly from your gallery—perfect for choosing just the moments that matter most.
Complete Gallery (Most Popular) ~75 images
Perfect if you want the full story and the best value per image. A complete, downloadable gallery of all curated edited images.
STEP 04
Delivering your Memories
Once you've made your selections, your images will be carefully finished and delivered in a private online gallery. Easily share your gallery with family members, loved ones, or event guests so everyone can relive the memories together.
You'll receive high-resolution downloads along with a personal print release for personal printing and display. Your gallery also includes access to my professional print store, offering beautiful prints, wall art, albums, cards, and other keepsakes crafted through a professional photography lab.

Upgrade any selected images with full retouching and artistic polish—ideal for your most meaningful moments. All edits are done with a natural, true-to-you finish. (Most clients select 5–10 images for signature retouching.)

Absolutely! Your private online gallery is easy to share, making it simple for large families, groups, and event guests to view the images and enjoy the memories together. There's no need to divide photos beforehand—everyone can access the same gallery.

What's the best Image Purchase option for large families and groups?
Most large families and groups find that purchasing the complete gallery and sharing it with everyone is the easiest and most cost-effective option. Once purchased, family members can download their favorite images and order prints directly from the gallery.

What happens if we need to reschedule?
Life happens! If weather or unforeseen circumstances arise, we'll work together to find a new date and time. I always want you to have the best experience and the best possible conditions for your session.

When should we schedule our session?
For the softest light and beautiful skies, I highly recommend scheduling around "magic hour"—typically the hour before sunset. This is when you'll see the warm, glowing look featured throughout my portfolio.

Do you offer mini sessions?
I don't offer mini sessions, because I do believe the best photos happen when everyone has a chance to relax and enjoy the experience. My sessions are intentionally designed to be unhurried so we can capture the smiles, laughter, and those sweet in-between moments that make your photos uniquely yours.
